Nearby Destinations

Take a boat for a day trip to Boa Vista or fly to one of the other islands. Seeing both São Vicente and Santo Antão islands for 4 or 5 days is a good option. You may also see Santa Luzia and São Nicolau as you fly over. There are day trips to Fogo, the active volcano, too.  They make the best wine there.
